Hex Edit Free 3.0F: download.cnet.com/Hex-Edit-Fr...-10046060.html (Cnet <3) MFC71.dll: www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=mfc71 (DLL Files <3) (required)
it's built in template manager is simple and offers alot of options for hackers/developers templates are in XML format.
also has a hex highlighter for use with finding and comparing data
my review of this program: really good if you're a free scavenger like me, and don't like to have to put up with the 30 day trials or bought features of other professional hex editors
the mplate manager dosn't work as good as the other editors I've used, but it's well worth it for a free version
note: this is the only version I've used that doesn't have a trial limit :/
you can't really copy hex values as text like you can in HxD... you have to select it from the Edit menu :/
I still find this program very useful, and prefer to use it alot more than HxD
other editors I've tried (with template managers) include: 010 editor (really good template manager) Hex Editor Neo (really good, but you have to pay for the template manager)

I don't like mediafire... I get like 15 ads from them
I could use My Free File Hosting... but I don't like having to add the delete link to a list... I'd use them 100% if they had a file manager...
but MU has gotten better at least... RS has gotten worse... MF has gotten worse... (more ads and stricter limits) at least that's what I'm told about MF
I'll use MFFH though... I just hate having to build a list -_- however... alot of my files are still on MU... GDocs works too... but I've had issues with them...
